I took the following photos with an ap on my iphone, SkyView Free. The Moon (not looking blood red on the SkyViewer) is right on top of Spica, the Branch. In Hebrew it is called Tsemech, The Branch. There are 24 Hebrew words that mean branch, but only one is Tsemech (H6780) and it is used exclusively for the Messiah and is used 4 times (Jeremiah 23:5; Zechariah 3:8 & 6:12; Isaiah 4:2)

To the right is the red planet, Mars. In Hebrew it is Ma’Adim, The Red One. This planet has become known as the Planet of War.

To the left is Saturn, Shabbtai, representing the Lord of the Sabbath rest.

Saturn is directly over Libra, “The Scales”. The Hebrew name is Mozanaim, “the scales, weighing”. Daniel 5:27, TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.

Jupiter and Gemini

Posted: March 20, 2014 in Constellations, Planets

Tonight we were at Kemah Boardwalk with our youngest daughter and three our grandchildren from Minnesota who are here for Spring Break. The Sun had set, the amusement park bright and yet there was a star that stood out in the sky. I pointed my iPhone Star Finder at the star and it was the planet Jupiter directly in the middle of the constellation Gemini.

Jupiter was the only star that was shining in the sky and my eyes kept going to Jupiter. Waiting for my grandson I began to think about the heavenly message in that alignment.

Jupiter in Hebrew is Tzedek, which means ‘righteousness‘.

  • This planet is called the King David Planet and is also represents the Messiah
  • It is the largest of the 7 original planets
  • In Jewish tradition teaches that when a heavenly object strikes Jupiter it means that trouble is coming to Israel

Gemini – “The Twins”

  • The Hebrew name is Thaumim, which means ‘united
  • In this Heavenly Story of Jesus we see Him as ‘Son of God and Son of Man’, suffering and glory, humiliation and triumph.
  • As Son of Man suffering for our salvation
  • As the Son of God Jesus triumphed in complete salvation and final victory.
  • The Latin of this constellation is Castor and Pollux (Acts 28:11)

When I was looking at this heavenly message I began to think of what is happening in Israel right now, how they are threatened on every side. But God was sending me a confirmation from heaven. He is a covenant making God and a covenant keeping God. His promises for Israel are certain and will come to pass.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. And keep looking up.

The Astronomy magazine for April 14 has an amazing article for the April 15 Blood Moon on Passover.April 2014: While Mars shines brighter than at any time since 2007 and Jupiter blazes in the west after sunset, North American observers won’t want to miss the total eclipse of the Moon on April 14/15″

The article includes where the moon will eclipse at totality at 3am CST. I would like to share what this setting means according to Biblical astronomy, since God created the sun, moon and stars for ‘signs and seasons’. (Genesis 1:14)

Looking southwest, the moon will eclipse very very close the brightest star in Virgo called Spica.

  • Virgo is Latin, but Hebrew name is Bethulah, the virgin.
  • Spica in Latin, but in Hebrew it is called Tsemech, which is used exclusively for the Messiah. E.W. Bullinger writes in his classic “The Witness of the Stars”, ‘There are twenty Hebrew words translated “Branch,” but only one of them (Tsemech) is used exclusively of the Messiah, and this word only four times (Jer 33:15 being only a repetition of Jer 23:5). Each of these further connects Him with one special account of Him, given in the Gospels.’
  • The Moon will eclipse on Passover, the date that Christ our Passover Lamb was sacrificed for us (1 Corinthians 5:7b)

To the left of the Blood moon will be the ringed planet Saturn

  • Saturn which is a beautiful gas planet, no space ship will ever land on this magnificent ‘wandering star
  • The Hebrew name for Saturn is Shabbtai, meaning ‘rest’ and represents the “Lord of the Sabbath’

To the upper right of the Blood moon will be the red planet Mars

  • Mars has been known as the planet of war because it has taken the name of the Roman god of war
  • This planet in Hebrew is called Ma’adim, meaning ‘the Adam‘, “the Son of Man
  • Mars will be the brightest and largest at this time and will not be this size again until 2016

I believe in the days ahead those He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalm 91:1). Jesus, our Passover Lamb, has given us rest. He is and will ever be the “Lord of the Sabbath’ rest.

But for the world there will be great unrest. Unrest, wars, rumors of war are on the news every night. But those who seek the presence of God will experience supernatural provisions and rest much as the Israelite children in the land of Goshen, as recorded for us as examples in Exodus.

Keep watching and looking up! But never worship the creation, on the Creator!

ORION! My absolute favorite constellation! See blog of 1/8/12, Orion- The Coming Prince. This is the most viewed blog I have written. The heavens declare the glory of the Lord (Ps 19:1) and this January constellation shows that the coming One is not a beast, but a triumphant, glorious Son of Man & Prince of Peace.

I intend to brief you each month as to God’s original intent for each of the Heavenly ‘light holders(ma’owr). The Constellations are ‘fixed stars’ and the planets are ‘wandering stars’.  Almost every star has maintained the same Hebrew name that God gave them in the Beginning.  Psalm 147:4 tells us that “He counts the number of the stars; He calls them all by name.”  Each star has a part in the End Time plans of the Signs in the Heavens so it is a good idea to get familiar with God’s original intent for each star, whether fixed or wandering.

January 2014

The Planet Jupiter will be the highlight of January 2014, appearing larger than normal.  January 5, Jupiter will rise at sunset, and set at sunrise and visible all night long. The Hebrew name for Jupiter is Tzadik, which means righteousness. This planet is the King Planet, representing King David and the nation of Israel.

The constellations in this view all are from the last book of the heavens that ‘declare the glory of the Lord and tell of the full Redemption plan. This set is called “The Redeemer – The Glory That Should Follow”.  I will expound on the main constellations with their decans (smaller constellations) from Top Left:

  • AURIGA- THE SHEPHERD. The Shepherd is gentle to the sheep and fierce to those who come against the sheep, a protector (Isaiah 40:10). Auriga is seated on the Milky Way, holding on his left shoulder a goat, who is clinging to his neck as she looks at the fierce bull.  In his left hand he has 2 little kids (animals), just born, as though crying out in fear.  Jesus wants to assure us that in these end times, He is well able to take care of us. In the midst of fiery wrath God continually extends mercy, mercy, mercy towards His people. Ezekiel 34:22, “therefore I will save My flock, and they shall no longer be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.” The brightest star in the body of the goat is Alioth (Hebrew) which is a ‘she goat’. In Latin is has the same meaning and is called Capella. [decan of Taurus]
  • TAURUS- THE BULL. The picture is of the bull with his head down, rushing to pierce and destroy his enemies with his sharp horns.   The bulls eye is Al Debaran (Arabic) which means ‘leader’ or ‘governor’
  • GEMINI- THE TWINS. Here we see Jesus in a manifold two-fold  God and man, suffering and glory,    humiliation and triumph.  As man suffering for our salvation.  As God, triumphing in our complete salvation and final victory. The Greeks call this Apollo and Hercules. The Hebrew name is Thaumim, which means ‘united’ (Exodus 26:24, “And they (two boards) shall be coupled together beneath, and they shall be coupled together above the head of it unto one ring: thus shall it be for them both; they shall be for the two corners.”
  • ORION- THE GLORIOUS ONE, THE HUNTER, THE PRINCE.   This shows that the coming One is not a beast, but a triumphant, glorious man & prince. This constellation is brilliant, bright and shows forth Jesus as “The Light of the World”. Orion was originally spelled Oarian, from the Hebrew root word, ohr,   meaning light. A full teaching of Orion is on 1/8/12.  The brightest in the shoulder is named Betelgeus, which means ‘the coming of the branch‘ (Malachi 3:2) This is a star of great size- 700 million miles in diameter, while the earth’s diameter is almost 8,000 miles. The next in brightness is in the foot and called Rigel or Rigol which means ‘the foot that crushes‘. The foot is lifted up, and placed immediately over the head of the enemy, as though in the very act of crushing it. [decan of Taurus]
  • URSA MAJOR- THE GREAT BEAR–  This is the best known of all the constellations and is better known as the Big Dipper.  Job 38:32 (NKJV) “Can you bring out Mazzaroth in its season? Or can you guide the Great Bear with its cubs?”  Young’s Translation calls this Aysh, HNV calls it Ayish, several call it Arcturus (Arcturus is a star in the knee of Bootes that is close to both bears) [decan of Cancer]
  • CANIS MINOR- THE LESSER DOG– The Latin name is Procyom and means ‘Redeemer’ [decan of Gemini]
  • CANIS MAJOR-  THE GREATER DOG- SIRIUS– “The Prince”, Orion’s hunting dog. The coming glorious Prince of Princes (Sirius).  The constellation tells of the Prince that will come to rule and reign. As in Lepus it also has mixed messages from cultures.  In the Egyptian planisphere it is called Apes, which means ‘the head’. He is picture as a hawk, ‘caused to come forth’, ‘coming swiftly down’ The Hawk and eagle or both natural enemies of the serpent.  In the Persian planisphere it is pictured as a wolf, and is called Zeeb, which in Hebrew and Arabic also have the same meaning, ‘leader’. The star on the head is the brightest in the whole heavens! It is called Sirius, (Hebrew Sar) ‘the Prince’ as in Isaiah 9:6, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.” This is where we get the word ‘Sir’. [decan of Gemini]

FOUR COMETS RISING IN THE EAST?  Below is photos from Spaceweather.com.

4comets_strip

From left to right we see first Comet LINEAR X1, Comet ISON, Comet Encke and then the brightest of them all to the far right is Comet Lovejoy. These can been seen in the east before dawn. Bring your telescope or binoculars for best view of all of them.  Comet Lovejoy should be able to be seen with a naked eye.

This is extremely rare to have 4 comets for our back yard viewing! Comets have been very quiet in our century and the first comet of this Century was Pan-Starrs, last February. That comet was in our viewing when Pope Benedict XVI resigned and meteorite exploded over Russia. From historical records, comets have been known as a bad omen and they often appear several years before a major war or natural disaster.

Comet ISON is not going to be as big as it was originally expected, but will still put on a good show. ISON is .12 – 1.2 miles across, compared to Hale-Bopp which was 19 miles across. At Thanksgiving, Comet ISON will be closest to our earth, 40 million miles away, traveling at 425,000 miles an hour.

Below is a great viewing guide from Astronomy.com for our November 24 pre-dawn viewing.

ISONNovember 24

Biblical guide to what you are viewing. I put the Hebrew names in italics.

  • VIRGO, Bethulah, ‘the Virgin’, represents ‘the promised Seed of the woman’ (Is 7:14)
  • SPICA, Tsemech,  ‘the Branch’. In the Bible Tsemech (H6780) is exclusively used for the Messiah.
  • LIBRA, Mozanaim, ‘the Scales’, representing the scales, weighing (Dan 5:27)
  • Planet MERCURY, Kockav, ‘the Messenger Star’
  • Planet SATURN, Shabbtai, rest, representing the “Lord of the Sabbath’
  • HYDRA, ‘the Serpent’, takes up 1/3 of the ecliptic circle (Rev 12:9, 20:2)

On this viewing you will see the constellation that represents the birth of Jesus (Virgo) and the constellation that reveals the end of the devil (Hydra).  I John 3 8 tells us, “He that commits sin is of the devil; for the devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Tonight, before it became dark, before any other star appeared  I saw the incredible Triple Conjunction planetary alignment of Jupiter, Venus and Mercury!!! They were so bright and brilliant that the appeared bright in a sky that was not yet dark! Amazing is the best word I can use.

On top of the planetary triangle was Mercury, “The Messenger”. On the bottom right side was Venus, representing the Bride of Christ. On the bottom left was Jupiter, representing the Messiah. The alignment was incredible, the Messenger was announcing the coming of the greatest Marriage Supper in His-story!!

Below is a photo taken last night in Arizona. You will find many photos online after tonight. It is a sight to behold.

But remember, listen with your heart. Ask the Holy Spirit to prepare you for what is ahead. Let’s all prepare for the Second Coming of Lord Jesus! The Spirit and the Bride say “Come, Come Quickly!”

May 27 2013 Jupiter-Venus-finder-chart We are in for a treat tonight if the clouds cooperate! Jupiter and Venus are the two brightest planets and are joining together with Mercury for a rare gathering.  Below is a size comparison of the planets.

These three planets are of the original seven planets of the Creation Menorah. The are called ‘inner planets’ and can be seen with the naked eye.

Planet Comparison 2Planet Comparison 1

Triple conjunctions are relatively rare, according to NASA. The last one was in May 2011 and the next one will not occur until October 2015. (Reuters )

October 2015 will follow the last of the 4 back to back blood red moons on Passover and Tabernacles of 2014 and 2015. The last of the Tetrad is scheduled for September 28, 2015.

So what does this triple conjunction mean tonight?

Let’s look at the Hebrew meanings of each of the planets.

  • Jupiter Zedek, means righteousness. Known as the King David Planet, also for the Messiah, represents Israel. The largest planet.
  • VenusNogah, means brightness or brilliance. Known as the Morning Star, represents the Bride of the Messiah. The brightest planet.
  • MercuryKochav, the Sun Star. Closest to the Sun

Now let’s look at where they are located.

  • To the right is Auriga, “The Shepherd”. Auriga is seated on the Milky Way, holding in his left shoulder a goat, who is clinging to his neck as she looks at the fierce bull (Taurus) below Auriga’s feet.
  • Above is Gemini, “The Twins”, representing the two-fold Messiah, ‘God and Man’, ‘Suffering and Glory’, ‘Humiliation as a man and Triumph as Redeemer King’.
  • To the left is a star in Orion called Betelgeuse, which means ‘the coming of the Branch’. It is a red supergiant star on the right shoulder of Orion and is the 9th brightest star in the night sky.

Now let’s look at the history of Sivan 18, which is tonight on the lunar calendar.

  • In the Hebrew year 1656 (2100 BC), Noah’s Ark came to rest on Mount Ararat, as recorded in Genesis 8:4. Though the torrential rains only lasted for 40 days and 40 nights, it would be several months before the waters subsided enough for Noah’s Ark to come to rest, and another several months before the dove returned with an olive branch in its beak — a sign that it was safe to exit the Ark. As symbolized by the rainbow, God promised never to flood the Earth again.

Basically, this will be an OOOOH, AAAAH night to view. Don’t just look with your senses tonight, listen with your heart. The heavens are STILL declaring the glory of the Lord (Ps 19)

Saturn is one of the original 7 planets that make up the Heavenly Menorah of Creation. Planets are also known as ‘wandering stars’.

Historian Josephus records “God afforded them (Adam, Seth, Enoch) a longer time on account of thier virtue, and the good use they made of it in astronomical and geometric discoveries, which would not be afforded the time of foretelling [periods of the stars] unless they had lived six hundred years; for the great year is completed in that interval.”  (Antiqities 1.3.9) It has been taught through the ages that the 7 planets were in perfect alignment on the 4th day of Creation.

Genesis 1:14-16 tells us, “Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth”; and it was so. Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. [He made] the stars also.”

Stars come in two categories: (1) Fixed – Constellations (2) Wandering – Planets, Comets, Meteors

Saturn is the Star of this week! Saturn’s name in Hebrew is Shabbtai and means ‘rest’.  All the planets have names that represent the Messiah, Saturn representing “Lord of the Sabbath”. Saturn is the most beautiful planet, beautiful colored with over 1000 rings made of dust and ice surrounding her beauty. NASA will never be able to land on this beautiful planet because it is made up of gas, a spaceship would go right through it.

This week Saturn has been in opposition, meaning that the Sun is on the other side of the earth so our view is awesome. The rings could be seen with the naked eye.

This week Saturn is showing us anything but rest! http://www.foxnews.com/science/2013/04/30/monster-hurricane-on-saturn-nasa/

COULD SHABBTAI BE GIVING US A SIGN? Yes, I believe it is.

  • Add this to the first naked-eye comet of the Century PanStarrs and I believe the signs in the heavens are speaking for us to ‘look up’. Comets, throughout history, have become known as a bad omen. They often appear several years before a major war or natural disaster.
  • Comet ISON, which will be seen the  best the first day of Hanukkah Nov 28, is expected to be one of the largest, if not the largest, in history.
  • These signs are coming before 2014-2015 back-to-back Blood Red Moons on Passover and Tabernacles!
  • 2015 will also have Solar Eclipses on both of the New Years on the Hebrew Calendar (Nissan and Tishri)
  • Joel 2:31, Acts 2:20 and Rev 6:12 all record before the LORD returns the moon would turn to blood (lunar eclipse) AND the sun to sackcloth (solar eclipse). Not ‘or’, or ‘either’, but AND.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!

NOTE: I apologize for not putting the beautiful photos of Saturn at rest and distress. My laptop will be fixed shortly and I can get back to work writing!!  Blessings, Mary

For the past week I have had a prompting to watch Jupiter. I looked online to see if there was any new reports regarding this planet but found none.

Why should I watch Jupiter?

  1. Because I am prompted by the Spirit.
  2. Jupiter represents Israel.
  3. I have learned when I am prompted to ‘watch Jupiter’ it is a prompting of Holy Spirit to pray for Israel

Facts about Jupiter:

  • The original Hebrew name for this planet is Tzedek, “the righteous one”.
  • It was one of the original 7 planets that formed a heavenly menorah on the 4th  day of Creation
  • Jupiter is a Roman name, named after their god Jupiter, the ‘sky god’
  • Jupiter is the largest of the planets, also known as  ‘wandering stars’
  • Jupiter is made up of gas
  • Represents King David
  • Represents kingship, coronation and birth of kings
  • According to Jewish tradition, when Jupiter is hit from heavenly bodies it is a sign of the end of the world.

Historically, Jupiter was and is a prophetic sign:

  • Three years before the birth of Moses, Jupiter and Saturn were in conjunction in the constellation Pisces. Josephus, Abarbanel, Eliazar and other historians affirm that Egyptian astronomers interpreted this sign as an indicator that a great man would be born among the Jews.
  • In 3 BC, Jupiter, the planet representing King David, was in conjunction with Regulus, the star of kingship, in the constellation of Leo the lion, considered to represent the tribe of Judah. This conjunction in Leo would be served as a sign of the birth of a leader.
  • September 11, 3 BC, (Tishri 1)  the sun and moon were in such a position in the constellation Virgo. Biblical astronomers put the birth of Jesus on that date because of the signs in the heavens.
  • 1994, Shoemaker Levy Comet 9 broke into 21 pieces and for 7 days began to bombard the surface of Jupiter. Each impact was stronger than a nuclear bomb, with each area affected larger than planet earth. This happened during Tisha B’ AV, the most dreaded day on the Hebrew calendar. This happened the same time that secret talks were going on in Oslo, Norway to exchange Israel’s land for peace. This became known as the ‘Oslo Accords’.
  • July 21, 2009 a giant scar-like blemish appeared in the clouds near Jupiter’s south polar regions. This was the 15th anniversary of the Shoemaker Comet 9 incident with Jupiter.
  • September 20, 2010 Planet Jupiter was the closest to the earth in 47 years. What is the significance? In 1963 President Kennedy intensely pressured Israel to give up their nuclear ‘defense’ program. When President Kennedy was shot Israel was the first suspected of the assassination plot.

Mark 13:33, “Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is. (35) “Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming–in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning– (37) “And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”

As for me, I will be watching Jupiter and praying for Israel.

Shalom
