Amazing 2nd Passover Full Moon

On the Hebraic calendar, yesterday was Iyar 14 which is Pesach Sheni, the Second Passover. When the Israelites were in the Wilderness, they were going to celebrate Passover as God had instructed them to do ‘forever’. However, some were not able to celebrate because they were not ritually clean and prepared.

Numbers 9:6-7, “There were, however, certain persons who had become ritually impure through contact with a dead body, and could not, therefore, prepare the Passover offering on that day. They approached Moses and Aaron . . . and they said: ‘. . . Why should we be deprived, and not be able to present God’s offering in its time, amongst the children of Israel?’”

This Pesach Sheni reveals that it is a ‘never a lost cause’, we serve a God of a Second Chance!

Last night was an amazing clear sky and I was at Bush Intercontinental Airport waiting for pastor friends who were arriving. As I sat in the car I looked up at the most amazing full moon. I had forgotten what day it was on God’s calendar. I took my iPhone with the amazing SkyView App and  was amazed at the heavenly formation.

Below is my first picture. It shows the full moon (representing Bride of Christ, reflecting the Glory of the Bridegroom) in the constellation of Libra the Scales (representing our purchased redemption, a price we would never pay) with Saturn (Shabbatai, the Rest, representing Lord of the Sabbath).

The next photo caught me by surprise. It was the constellation Scorpio the Giant Scorpion (a symbol of satan, in Hebrew it is aqrab ‘the conflict of war’– the root word means ‘a deadly foe’ or ‘to heave in conflict’). Antares is the brightest star in Scorpio’s heart shines deep red in color and means ‘the wounding’ in ancient Arabic.

D. James Kennedy, PH.D. in his book The Read Meaning of the Zodiac wrote regarding Scorpio. “Here we go to the very heart of the whole message of the Bible. And what is that message? Essentially, it about great warfare. And though that warfare is often portrayed as the battle between the forces of righteousness and the forces of evil in this world-between faith and unbelief; between the followers of Christ and the followers of anti-Christ-ultimately, it is a battle between Christ and Satan. It all began in that battle in Heaven.”

This scorpion of Revelation (serpent, dragon) is described in many ways in the Bible. Revelation 9:10-11, “And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails; and their power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.”

As I stated before, the full moon represents the Bride of Christ. Why do I say that? Because the moon has no light in itself, it only represents the radiance and glory of the Sun. Psalm 19:1-6 tells of the Heavenly Bible that speaks to mankind, and verse 5 calls the Sun the Bridegroom. ‘Which is as a bridegroom out of his chamber’. Yeshua is the Bridegroom and is waiting for the soon coming Marriage Supper of the Lamb. The conflict the Bride of Christ is experiencing right now is not with flesh and blood, but the evil spirits of the anti-Christ behind each attack.

Another reference to the Moon being the Bride is from Joseph’s dream as recorded in Genesis 37:9, “the sun and the moon and the eleven stars bowed down to me.” Jacob replied, “Shall I (sun) and your mother (moon) and your (11) brothers indeed come to bow down to the earth before you?” The 12 main constellation represent the 12 Tribes of Israel.

Time to arise Church! Time to arise and shine Warrior Bride! Wake up and report for duty! The Church’s greatest victory is at hand- our time has come. The Harvest is indeed ready!

Amazing Blood Moon

I took the following photos with an ap on my iphone, SkyView Free. The Moon (not looking blood red on the SkyViewer) is right on top of Spica, the Branch. In Hebrew it is called Tsemech, The Branch. There are 24 Hebrew words that mean branch, but only one is Tsemech (H6780) and it is used exclusively for the Messiah and is used 4 times (Jeremiah 23:5; Zechariah 3:8 & 6:12; Isaiah 4:2)

To the right is the red planet, Mars. In Hebrew it is Ma’Adim, The Red One. This planet has become known as the Planet of War.

To the left is Saturn, Shabbtai, representing the Lord of the Sabbath rest.

Saturn is directly over Libra, “The Scales”. The Hebrew name is Mozanaim, “the scales, weighing”. Daniel 5:27, TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.

Jupiter and Gemini

Tonight we were at Kemah Boardwalk with our youngest daughter and three our grandchildren from Minnesota who are here for Spring Break. The Sun had set, the amusement park bright and yet there was a star that stood out in the sky. I pointed my iPhone Star Finder at the star and it was the planet Jupiter directly in the middle of the constellation Gemini.

Jupiter was the only star that was shining in the sky and my eyes kept going to Jupiter. Waiting for my grandson I began to think about the heavenly message in that alignment.

Jupiter in Hebrew is Tzedek, which means ‘righteousness‘.

  • This planet is called the King David Planet and is also represents the Messiah
  • It is the largest of the 7 original planets
  • In Jewish tradition teaches that when a heavenly object strikes Jupiter it means that trouble is coming to Israel

Gemini – “The Twins”

  • The Hebrew name is Thaumim, which means ‘united‘
  • In this Heavenly Story of Jesus we see Him as ‘Son of God and Son of Man’, suffering and glory, humiliation and triumph.
  • As Son of Man suffering for our salvation
  • As the Son of God Jesus triumphed in complete salvation and final victory.
  • The Latin of this constellation is Castor and Pollux (Acts 28:11)

When I was looking at this heavenly message I began to think of what is happening in Israel right now, how they are threatened on every side. But God was sending me a confirmation from heaven. He is a covenant making God and a covenant keeping God. His promises for Israel are certain and will come to pass.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. And keep looking up.

 

Passover Blood Moon Update

The Astronomy magazine for April 14 has an amazing article for the April 15 Blood Moon on Passover. “April 2014: While Mars shines brighter than at any time since 2007 and Jupiter blazes in the west after sunset, North American observers won’t want to miss the total eclipse of the Moon on April 14/15″

The article includes where the moon will eclipse at totality at 3am CST. I would like to share what this setting means according to Biblical astronomy, since God created the sun, moon and stars for ‘signs and seasons’. (Genesis 1:14)

Looking southwest, the moon will eclipse very very close the brightest star in Virgo called Spica.

  • Virgo is Latin, but Hebrew name is Bethulah, the virgin.
  • Spica in Latin, but in Hebrew it is called Tsemech, which is used exclusively for the Messiah. E.W. Bullinger writes in his classic “The Witness of the Stars”, ‘There are twenty Hebrew words translated “Branch,” but only one of them (Tsemech) is used exclusively of the Messiah, and this word only four times (Jer 33:15 being only a repetition of Jer 23:5). Each of these further connects Him with one special account of Him, given in the Gospels.’
  • The Moon will eclipse on Passover, the date that Christ our Passover Lamb was sacrificed for us (1 Corinthians 5:7b)

To the left of the Blood moon will be the ringed planet Saturn

  • Saturn which is a beautiful gas planet, no space ship will ever land on this magnificent ‘wandering star‘
  • The Hebrew name for Saturn is Shabbtai, meaning ‘rest’ and represents the “Lord of the Sabbath’

To the upper right of the Blood moon will be the red planet Mars

  • Mars has been known as the planet of war because it has taken the name of the Roman god of war
  • This planet in Hebrew is called Ma’adim, meaning ‘the Adam‘, “the Son of Man“
  • Mars will be the brightest and largest at this time and will not be this size again until 2016

I believe in the days ahead those He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalm 91:1). Jesus, our Passover Lamb, has given us rest. He is and will ever be the “Lord of the Sabbath’ rest.

But for the world there will be great unrest. Unrest, wars, rumors of war are on the news every night. But those who seek the presence of God will experience supernatural provisions and rest much as the Israelite children in the land of Goshen, as recorded for us as examples in Exodus.

Keep watching and looking up! But never worship the creation, on the Creator!

Mahmoud Abbas Coming To Washington DC on Sushan Purim

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is coming to Washington DC on Sushan Purim. Hmmm. Interesting timing!

The Holiday of Purim is the celebration of God overturning the decree of wicked Haman to kill all the Jews in 127 provinces as recorded in the Book of Esther. Not just to kill all the Jews, but to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day. The celebration is to ‘remember’ how God answered their prayers and saved them from destruction. Such a wonderful reason to celebrate! Sushan Purim is the 2nd day of Purim celebrated outside the city.

But there are still those who want to see Israel wiped off the map, pushed into the sea.

I was working on my Signs in the Heavens manuals today for an upcoming meeting and an old article from Greg Killian caught my eye. It was an article from March 11, 1998 about a giant asteroid that was expected to hit the earth in 2028 and it was retracted the next day. The amazing thing about my eye catching the article is that March 11 that year was Purim and it was retracted on Sushan Purim.

Greg Killian wrote “Purim is a celebration of the concealed hand of God, when everything is not as it appears to be. This asteroid report follows this theme perfectly. I strongly suspect that we were being warned in a way which will not cause panic. If you want to learn more, go and study about Purim.” Greg is still teaching online about Biblical Signs in the Heavens on betemunah.org.

Asteroid QQ47 was found in 2003 and expected to hit the earth March 21, 2014. They later retracted that calculation, saying it had changed position.

Still, pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May President Obama not make any unholy alliances with Mr Abbas.

Temple Mount 20 Years Ago

As I was preparing for my message tonight at Word Power Church in League City, TX (www.wordpowerchurch.com), I remembered some very interesting things about the Signs In The Heavens February 2008. This picture of the February 20, 2008  Blood Moon over the Temple Mount is famous.

Bill Koenig of Watch.org wrote about February 2008 : During this year’s Feb. 21 “blood-red” moon, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak and IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi spoke of preparation for war with Hezbollah and Hamas, and both those terror organizations leaders were bold in their rhetoric against Israel in this time of great tension.

Hmmmm……….it seems that we need to not have our eyes focused on what happened with Tanya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan and the happenings at the Winter Olympics 20 years ago.That was tragic for both of them, but the world eyes were not on the City of God.

Maybe we should be praying about the peace of Jerusalem. Selah, just a thought.

Solar Eclipse Update – April 29, 2014

April 29, 2014 will have a annual solar eclipse. This is exactly 2 weeks following the Passover Blood Moon of April 15, 2014. 

According to http://www.timeanddate.com, An annular solar eclipse can be observed when the Moon moves centrally in front of the Sun, but it is so far away from Earth that it appears smaller in the sky and cannot cover the Sun completely. The Sun’s outer edges are then still visible and form a “ring of fire” around the Moon. Below is a photo from NASA’s site of an annual solar eclipse.

Well……………April 29, 2014 is a date that US Secretary John Kerry and President Obama set as a deadline for Israel to come to peace with the Palestinians. John Kerry has warned Israel that they will encourage boycotts if an agreement is not reached.

I am praying that the US is not setting themselves up for disaster.  Obadiah 1:15  (NLT) “The day is near when I, the LORD, will judge all godless nations! As you have done to Israel, so it will be done to you. All your evil deeds will fall back on your own heads.

Bill Koenig of Watch.org has written a magnificent book of accounts of every time the US pressured Israel to give up land, a historic weather catastrophe happened within 24-48 hours. Eye to Eye – Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel.
This is a must read for the times we are now in.

January 2014 Sky Highlights

ORION! My absolute favorite constellation! See blog of 1/8/12, Orion- The Coming Prince. This is the most viewed blog I have written. The heavens declare the glory of the Lord (Ps 19:1) and this January constellation shows that the coming One is not a beast, but a triumphant, glorious Son of Man & Prince of Peace.

I intend to brief you each month as to God’s original intent for each of the Heavenly ‘light holders‘ (ma’owr). The Constellations are ‘fixed stars’ and the planets are ‘wandering stars’.  Almost every star has maintained the same Hebrew name that God gave them in the Beginning.  Psalm 147:4 tells us that “He counts the number of the stars; He calls them all by name.”  Each star has a part in the End Time plans of the Signs in the Heavens so it is a good idea to get familiar with God’s original intent for each star, whether fixed or wandering.

January 2014

The Planet Jupiter will be the highlight of January 2014, appearing larger than normal.  January 5, Jupiter will rise at sunset, and set at sunrise and visible all night long. The Hebrew name for Jupiter is Tzadik, which means righteousness. This planet is the King Planet, representing King David and the nation of Israel.

The constellations in this view all are from the last book of the heavens that ‘declare the glory of the Lord and tell of the full Redemption plan. This set is called “The Redeemer – The Glory That Should Follow”.  I will expound on the main constellations with their decans (smaller constellations) from Top Left:

  • AURIGA- THE SHEPHERD. The Shepherd is gentle to the sheep and fierce to those who come against the sheep, a protector (Isaiah 40:10). Auriga is seated on the Milky Way, holding on his left shoulder a goat, who is clinging to his neck as she looks at the fierce bull.  In his left hand he has 2 little kids (animals), just born, as though crying out in fear.  Jesus wants to assure us that in these end times, He is well able to take care of us. In the midst of fiery wrath God continually extends mercy, mercy, mercy towards His people. Ezekiel 34:22, “therefore I will save My flock, and they shall no longer be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.” The brightest star in the body of the goat is Alioth (Hebrew) which is a ‘she goat’. In Latin is has the same meaning and is called Capella. [decan of Taurus]
  • TAURUS- THE BULL. The picture is of the bull with his head down, rushing to pierce and destroy his enemies with his sharp horns.   The bulls eye is Al Debaran (Arabic) which means ‘leader’ or ‘governor’
  • GEMINI- THE TWINS. Here we see Jesus in a manifold two-fold  God and man, suffering and glory,    humiliation and triumph.  As man suffering for our salvation.  As God, triumphing in our complete salvation and final victory. The Greeks call this Apollo and Hercules. The Hebrew name is Thaumim, which means ‘united’ (Exodus 26:24, “And they (two boards) shall be coupled together beneath, and they shall be coupled together above the head of it unto one ring: thus shall it be for them both; they shall be for the two corners.”
  • ORION- THE GLORIOUS ONE, THE HUNTER, THE PRINCE.   This shows that the coming One is not a beast, but a triumphant, glorious man & prince. This constellation is brilliant, bright and shows forth Jesus as “The Light of the World”. Orion was originally spelled Oarian, from the Hebrew root word, ohr,   meaning light. A full teaching of Orion is on 1/8/12.  The brightest in the shoulder is named Betelgeus, which means ‘the coming of the branch‘ (Malachi 3:2) This is a star of great size- 700 million miles in diameter, while the earth’s diameter is almost 8,000 miles. The next in brightness is in the foot and called Rigel or Rigol which means ‘the foot that crushes‘. The foot is lifted up, and placed immediately over the head of the enemy, as though in the very act of crushing it. [decan of Taurus]
  • URSA MAJOR- THE GREAT BEAR–  This is the best known of all the constellations and is better known as the Big Dipper.  Job 38:32 (NKJV) “Can you bring out Mazzaroth in its season? Or can you guide the Great Bear with its cubs?”  Young’s Translation calls this Aysh, HNV calls it Ayish, several call it Arcturus (Arcturus is a star in the knee of Bootes that is close to both bears) [decan of Cancer]
  • CANIS MINOR- THE LESSER DOG– The Latin name is Procyom and means ‘Redeemer’ [decan of Gemini]
  • CANIS MAJOR-  THE GREATER DOG- SIRIUS– “The Prince”, Orion’s hunting dog. The coming glorious Prince of Princes (Sirius).  The constellation tells of the Prince that will come to rule and reign. As in Lepus it also has mixed messages from cultures.  In the Egyptian planisphere it is called Apes, which means ‘the head’. He is picture as a hawk, ‘caused to come forth’, ‘coming swiftly down’ The Hawk and eagle or both natural enemies of the serpent.  In the Persian planisphere it is pictured as a wolf, and is called Zeeb, which in Hebrew and Arabic also have the same meaning, ‘leader’. The star on the head is the brightest in the whole heavens! It is called Sirius, (Hebrew Sar) ‘the Prince’ as in Isaiah 9:6, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.” This is where we get the word ‘Sir’. 2014 Blood Moon Update

The first total lunar eclipse since December 2011 will take place April 14, 2014 with the best viewing over North America. It will begin at 1:58am EDT, peak at 3:06 to 4:25am and wrap up at 5:33am.

I remember the December 2011 lunar eclipse because I watched the entire event from our patio, bundled up in my husband’s sleeping bag with hot tea in one hand and binoculars in the other. I was so excited I went the entire night without sleep. I would frequently go into the house and email my friend who was also watching the eclipse.

A few interesting things about the Lunar Eclipse:

  • It begins the 4 Blood Moon Tetrad on Passover and Tabernacles 2 years in a row
  • First total lunar eclipse since December 2011
  • Since it will be centered over North America, I wonder what will be happening with our government to pressure Israel. –   “As recorded by Bill Koenig (Watch.org) September 3, 2008- “A Blood-Red Moon Rises over North America, Olmert Offers Temple Mount Sovereignty to the Palestinians, Olmert and Abbas Meet on Israel’s Land and Jerusalem, Bush Says Iran’s Actions Could Lead to a Shadow of a Nuclear Holocaust, and Bush Arrives in New Orleans for his 15th Post-Katrina Visit. These were the news headlines on the day of a total lunar eclipse that produced a “blood-red” moon, the second one in seven years with a connection to the Temple Mount.  A total lunar eclipse/”blood-red” moon occurred on July 16, 2000, while U.S. President Bill Clinton, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinians President Yassar Arafat were at the Middle East Summit in Camp David. The sticking point that caused the summit to fall had to do with who would have sovereignty over the Temple Mount- the Israelis or the Palestinian Arabs.”

The next Lunar Eclipse will be on the first day of Tabernacles, October 8, 2014 and will be a partial Eclipse.  This also will be over North America! It will begin at 5:14am EDT with totality at 7:24am.

Two weeks later will be the only Solar Eclipse of the year and will be a partial, also over North America on October 23.  It will be seem at mid afternoon with 81% of the Sun is expected to be hidden.

The information above came from Astronomy Magazine, Sky Guide 2014, November 22, 2o13 issue. I have found this magazine to be a good accurate source. This should be an interesting year. I plan to blog often because there is much to view this year, especially since the Signs in the Heavens will be following God’s “fixed appointed times”, the Feasts of the Lord.

The Day of the LORD’s Release

The next Day of the LORD’s Release will be September 13, 2015. The night of the 2nd Solar Eclipse of 2015. Fifteen days later will be the last Blood Moon of the Tetrad cycle, September 28, 2015, the Feast of Tabernacles.

What is the Day of the LORD’s Release? It is the last day of the Seventh Year Sabbath for the Land, which is Elul 29 on the Hebraic calendar. Elul 29 is the day before Rosh Hashanah, the New Year that records the years on the Hebraic calendar. Elul 29, 5775 will be ending as the solar eclipse is seen over South Africa, South India and Antarctica.

  • The solar eclipse of the last day of the Sacred Year that records the months, which is March 20, 2015,  will be over the top of the world- Iceland, Europe, N Africa, N Asia. This will be seen over Israel as they get ready for the Spring Feast Season.

Deuteronomy 15:1-2, “At the end of every seven years you shall grant a release of debts. “And this is the form of the release: Every creditor who has lent anything to his neighbor shall release it; he shall not require it of his neighbor or his brother, because it is called the LORD’s release.

The Sabbath for the Land is recorded in Leviticus 25:2, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you come into the land which I give you, then the land shall keep a sabbath to the LORD:”. This Sabbath land rest began when the Israelites came into the Promised Land,  in the Book of Joshua. It seems that the Israelites did not obey this command because 2 Chronicles 36:20-21 records “And those who escaped from the sword he carried away to Babylon, where they became servants to him and his sons until the rule of the kingdom of Persia, to fulfill the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths. As long as she lay desolate she kept Sabbath, to fulfill seventy years.”

The counting of the Sabbath for the Land stopped in 70 AD when the Holy Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed and the Jews were scattered all over the world. The clock for the Sabbath for the Land began again in 1948 when the Land once again belonged to the Jews, who by covenant were given the Promised Land of Israel. According to the counting of several Rabbis, the first Sabbatical Land rest after 1948 was in 1952. This was calculated back to Joshua’s time.

The LORD’s Release holds great significance for the United States of America because on Elul 29, 5761 (9/17/2001), Wall Street opened after 6 days of the stock market closing and ended the first trading day at a incredible loss of 684.81 points ( 7.13% ). It was the greatest one day decline in the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Eight years later, America was dealing with the mortgage crisis of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending  and the Government bailed them out. This caused the instability of Lehman Brothers Holdings investment bank,  who ended in bankruptcy. That next week, Elul 29, 5768 (9/29/2008) the DJIA fell 777.68 points, a loss of 6.98%. The 2001 collapse affected the US markets, but the market collapse of 2008 affected the world’s markets.

The next Lord’s Release will be September 13, 2015.  My personal opinion is that the United States has felt the financial hit is because they have been the strongest financial country in the world for years. The riches of this world are being shaken ( Haggai 2:7) BUT the Kingdom of God cannot be shaken.

I believe that those who put their hope, trust and finances in the Kingdom of God will be safe. Those who trust in uncertain riches………… Well, we will see. I know that Ecclesiastes 1:9 says, “History merely repeats itself.”

I Timothy 6:17, “Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment.”

Am I setting dates? NO! I am a watcher, not a date setter. We are told to ‘watch’. (Mark 13:32-37)

BUT,  we are told by Jesus Himself as recorded in Luke 21:28, “When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” As we get closer, the signs will become bolder and closer. Genesis 1:14 records the Sun, Moon and Stars are for SIGNS and for SEASONS (fixed appointed times).
