Yesterday I posted about the Fire Balls Over The Texas Sky. That post was from a Bible Astronomy standpoint.

Almost immediately after that was published I was reminded of Hebrews 1:7 (TPT) And about his angels he says, “I make my angels swift winds,  and my ministers fiery flames.” Psalm 104:4 of the same translation reads, “You make your messengers into winds of the Spirit and all your ministers become flames of fire.”

What if those fireballs sighted in Dallas, Austin and Houston areas were angels – flames of fire of revival to these cities? Or maybe flames of fire to stir up the dead churches. It is interesting to me that since the midterm elections these cities are blue, while most of the rest of Texas is red. Just saying………… Maybe the intercessors need some encouragement and some extra help.

I am neither a Republican or a Democrat, I believe in voting the Bible. Right now the party platforms are so totally far apart. One is pro abortion, the other is pro life and this is only one of several examples of Bible differences. At my Bible Study I laid out the party platforms and read them the parable of the talents from Matthew 25:14-30. When believers stand before Jesus at the Judgment Seat of Christ, our works are judged. I believe we will be asked if we voted for righteous leaders. At least that is what I was shown this year in my devotion time. Just saying………

Psalm 103:30 (AMPC) reads, “Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, you His angels, you mighty ones who do His commandments, hearkening to the voice of His word.” When we decree the Word of God in prayer, these angels take the Word that we speak as a sword of the Spirit, and do warfare.

I can remember when I first came to the fullness of the Spirit in the 80’s, Frank Peretti’s books of “This Present Darkness” and “Piercing The Darkness” brought great understanding of how we work with angels in prayer. The town was full of New Age and Witchcraft and everything was going wrong. The angels would ask, ‘Why don’t they pray?’ And when they did pray and speak the Word of God the angels would be strengthened to go fight the demonic enemies of God in the spirit realm.

This morning I was on a prayer call and mentioned about the fireballs and wondered if they were angels sent to help us. I immediately got a text from one of the intercessors who was on the same prayer call. She just had a dream of a fireball falling on a Texas city that I will not name. Right after that I felt compelled to turn on John Kilpatrick of Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama and listen to his latest sermon online. WOW! He got a word from God on 11/11 at 1:11am called “Wall of Fire”!!! He read 7 to 8 pages of prophetic declarations for our children and grandchildren.

I believe that God is sending us encouraging words to those who had taken their eyes off Jesus and put their hope and trust into politics and the elections. Our hope must be built on nothing less than Jesus’ Blood and His Righteousness. On Christ the Solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand.

Pray for all the leaders, pray for the President, pray for PM Benjamin Netanyahu. I used to pray 1 Timothy 2:1-2 for every leader, even those I did not vote for, because the Bible said if we do I would lead a quiet and peaceful life. But God gently corrected me that I was praying selfishly and quit too soon. 1 Timothy 2:1-4 reads in the NLT, ” I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.”

God loves each leader and wants them saved. I listened to a testimony of a very famous New Age leader who got radically saved and is now speaking the truth of Jesus Christ. Do you want your leader saved, radically living for Jesus? I know this would please our Father, for this is why Jesus came to the world, to undo all the works of the devil and to save the lost.

2 Kings 6:17, Elisha prayed, “Adonai, I ask you to open his eyes, so that he can see.” Then Adonai opened the young man’s eyes, and he saw: there before him, all around Elisha, the mountain was covered with horses and fiery chariots. (CJB) KEEP LOOKING UP!
