I took this Revelation 12 heavenly alignment tonight right after sundown from my SkyView app on my iPhone. The moon is beginning to leave her feet, Jupiter is coming out of Virgo and she is still clothed with the Sun over her left shoulder. Under Leo (the Lion of the Tribe of Judah), Mercury, Mars and Venus came into heavenly alignment to make up the 12 stars forming a heavenly crown over her head.

In this last SkyView photo, we see in the right side Jupiter, moving left we see the waxing moon over The Scales, and to the far left we see beautiful Saturn. In Hebrew Saturn’s name is Shabbatai and represents the Sabbath Rest. Jesus, our Messiah, is Lord of the Sabbath. In Him we live and move and have our very being. He is our sufficiency, He is our rest, He is everything we will ever need. No matter how the heaven and earth is being shaken, our faith can be built on the Rock.

AND THE REST OF THE STORY AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER 23 IS THAT WE ARE STILL HERE!!!

Day 3 of 10 Days of Awe

Today is Shabbat Shuva, the Sabbath day of repentance. When a Sabbath day falls in between Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur, it is a special day of repentance.

Today is also a huge astrological day in the heavens. It is the day that the Revelation 12 sign is in the heavens. It is amazing how many Christians have bought into the fake news that this is a sign of the end of the world. I have had pastors and Christian friends who are trying to convince me about planet X (Niburu) is the red dragon of Revelation, that this is the end. Many have been thinking that Jesus is coming back for us this year. All of them will be considered false prophets next week.

Jesus never told us to speculate. He told us to ‘watch and pray’.

  • Mark 13:33, Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is (34) It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch. (35) Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning— (37) And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”
  • Luke 21:36, Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
  • I Peter 4:7, But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers.
  • Matthew 24:42, Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
  • Matthew 25:13, “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.

Watch in the New Testament is the Greek word agrypneō and it means “to be sleepless, keep awake, watch;to be circumspect, attentive, read”. All these signs in the heavens are ‘wake up calls’ for the Church.

Romans 13:11, “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.”

Day 2 of 10 Days of Awe

This morning I woke to a wonderful song singing loud in my spirit. The song is one that Joni Lamb and the DayStar singers sing, “I will worship You, give You all the glory”. As I quietly sang that to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and meditated on Abba Father’s goodness the “songs of deliverance” came to me. I  typed those words into my search engine on my iPhone and came up with an amazing song on YouTube. It brought such incredible peace to me.

When I checked my emails Marsha Burns Small Straws word was perfect – a true word of God in season! It lines up totally with these 10 Days of Awe. http://myemail.constantcontact.com/Prophetic-Devotional–September-22–2017.html?soid=1101176124184&aid=WnAgHDrfcX8

One of the things I wanted to ask Abba this morning was if we were to tear out the cupboards in our kitchen. If I have not mentioned this before, we were flooded 3-4 inches in our home during the 23 inches of rain in one night with TS Harvey. When I got on FaceBook one of the first things I saw was an alert to take out the cupboards. Before I even asked He gave me the answer.

Abba Father is so close right now, immediate answers to prayer are ready for all those who seek Him.

L’ Shana Tova! Happy New Year!

Today is the first day of year 5778, counting the years since the creation of Adam. This is a two-day Feast of the LORD, because ‘no man knows the day or the hour’ when the first sliver of moon is sighted. I have found several names for this ‘fixed appointed time’ on God’s Day-timer. There are 7 Feasts of the Lord, 6 of them have historical significance, but this Feast has no history. The Feast of Trumpets point to future events.

  • Spring Feast Season (all fulfilled) (have to do with ‘personal salvation’)
    • Passover
    • Feast of Unleavened Bread
    • Feast of First Fruit
  • Summer Feast (fulfilled)
    • Pentecost
  • Fall Feast Season (yet to be fulfilled) (have to do with ‘national salvation’)
    • Feast of Trumpets
    • Day of Atonement
    • Feast of Tabernacles

The Names of the Feast of Trumpets reveal of what will be happening when this Feast is fulfilled.

  • Rosh HaShanah – Head (rosh) of the (ha) Year (shanah), when the number of the year changes
  • Yom Teruah – “blowing of trumpets” or “The Day of the Awakening Blast”
  • The Time of Jacob’s Trouble – another name for the Tribulation
  • Yom Ha-Zikaron – “Day of Remembrance” – the day to remember to blow the shofar 100 times
  • Yom HaDin / Day of Judgment / The Opening of the Books / Opening of the Gates – these names all have to do with the 3 books that are opened in heaven on this day for judgment (1) The books of the Righteous (2) The books of the Unrighteous (3) The books of those in-between. These 10 days between Feast of Trumpets and Yom Kippur is believed to be the time when judgment will be set for the next year.
  • Yom HaKeseh – “The Hidden Day”, Zeph 2:1-4, ‘…it may be you shall be hid in the day of the LORD’s anger’, Ps 27:5, ‘He shall hide me’
  • Ha Kiddushin / Nesuin – “Wedding of the Messiah” – Joel 2:15-16’… let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet (chuppah)’
  • Ha Melech – “Coronation of the Messiah as King of the whole earth”

Rosh Hashanah (Head of the Year) begins tonight at sundown. As the sun goes down, the month. day and year will change. The year will become 5778, marking the years since the creation of man (Adam)

The Feast of Trumpets (also called Rosh Hashanah or Yom Teruah) begins by the blowing of trumpets (shofars or rams horns). There are 100 blasts of the shofar:

  • Tekiah blast“- awakening sound, one long blast (3 second)
  • Shevarim, “broken”- three shorter ones- weeping, lamenting, broken heart
  • Teruah, “alarm”, nine quick blasts in short succession (totaling 3 seconds)
  • These series are blown 11 times for a total of 99 blasts
  • After that, the final blast is knows as Tekiah Hagodolah, “great blast” or “THE LAST TRUMP”! (minimum of 10 seconds)

Rosh Hashanah begins 10 Days of Awe that will end on Yom Kippur, Day of Atonement that begins at nightfall, September 29, which begins Tishri 10 on the Hebraic calendar. Yom Kippur ends the 40 days of Teshuvah (repentance, turning back to God). For 40 days they have been reading aloud Psalm 27, as they make a Chuppah (canopy or covenant covering) over themselves and their loved one. They have also been making restitution to those who they have harmed, giving to the poor and doing acts of kindness. (things we should do daily, but neglect)

At the time of the blowing of the trumpets on Rosh Hashanah, it is believed by the observing Jewish people that these blasts are heard in heaven and 3 books are opened. Malachi 3:16, “Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, And the LORD listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the LORD And who meditate on His name. (17) “They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels.* And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him. (18) Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him.” (Also see Revelation 20:12)

  1. Book of the Righteous sealed with the seal of God who would immediately be written for good life the next year (Revelation 3:5)
  2. Book of the Unrighteous, who would be judged during the year; the totally unrighteous whose names are blotted out.(Ps 69:28)
  3. Book of the Intermediate, those who are not completely righteous or wicked. They would have until the Day of Atonement to make restitution and get right with God or they would not be in the Book of Life. (Joel 3:14)

L’Shanah Tovah Tikatevu Literal Hebrew to English Translation: “May you be inscribed (in the Book of Life) for a good year.” This traditional Rosh HaShanah greeting wishes others a good year and is often shorted to “Shanah Tovah” (Good Year).

Years ago, the Rabbis realized that Ha’Satan (The Accuser) actually has the numberical value of the Hebrew letters of 364. They believed that there was one day that Ha’satan did not have access to them, The Day of Atonement which is the day when the blood was put on the Mercy Seat on the Holy of Holies for the sins of the nation.

As a believer, I am spending the Days of Awe praying for our nation, the nation of Israel and for the Jewish people to find Jesus as their Messiah.

Ezekiel 22:30, “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”

How many is our LORD going to find this year? Are you one of those who stand in the gap?

We are in the time in history that Moses was on the mountain for the second 40 days, seeking forgiveness for the entire nation of Israel because of the sin of the Golden Calf. In history, the day that he came down with the judgment of mercy was Tishri 10 (this year 9/30/17), which became known as The Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur).

Tomorrow at sundown begins the “Ten Days of Awe”, where books in heaven are opened for the ‘just, the unjust and those in-between’. I feel what the Spirit of the Lord is showing me is that there is judgment upon national leaders and nations right now and there is still time for them to humble themselves and turn to the Lord.

Time-is-running-out-HourglassThe books will be closed, judgement will be set at the end of the 10 days of Awe, as Yom Kippur begins, The Day of Atonement. In history, this is the day that Moses came down the mountain with the judgment of mercy for the nation of Israel.  We are in very serious times, very dangerous times. Seek the Lord, not only for yourselves, but for the nations, for the leaders.

Revelation 15:3, “And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.”

I Timothy 2:1 (AMPC) First of all, then, I admonish and urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be offered on behalf of all men, (2) For kings and all who are in positions of authority or high responsibility, that [outwardly] we may pass a quiet and undisturbed life [and inwardly] a peaceable one in all godliness and reverence and seriousness in every way. (3) For such [praying] is good and right, and [it is] pleasing and acceptable to God our Savior, (4) Who wishes all men to be saved and [increasingly] to perceive and recognize and discern and know precisely and correctly the [divine] Truth.

Do you want to please God with your prayers? This is how you do it. FIRST OF ALL, before praying for yourself, pray for those in authority over our nation, state, city. I have found that most people do not know who their State Representative is because they just vote for Republican or Democrat, and then think their work is done. God wants us to pray for them. Once they come into that position, they come into a whole new realm of spiritual warfare that most of them have never prepared for. That is where our responsibility in the Army of God comes in – praying for our leaders!

The 72nd Assembly of the United Nations convened September 12, 2017. Tuesday, September 19, both US President Donald Trump and Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu will both speak at the General Assembly. They both need our prayers. There is such a clashing of swords as the year 5777, which represents the clashing of swords, comes to a close.

In these 40 days of Teshuvah, we have a prime opportunity to right the wrongs we have done by repenting. I have been repenting because I could have prayed more. Some of you will need to repent to God because you have been negligent in praying for our leaders at all, while some of us may have been using our words of life or death the wrong way in speaking about our current president.

Daniel 2:20, Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are His: (21) And He changes the times and the seasons: He removes kings, and sets up kings: He gives wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

Whoever is president, it is because God put them there for a purpose.

Three weeks ago today Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas. This was a devastating experience for all those in the Corpus Christi area who suffered great loss and would forever change their lives. But it then turned into a Tropical Storm and made landfall 2 more times over the next week to flood the greater Houston area and the Golden Triangle area of Port Arthur, Beaumont and Orange.

But what I see three weeks later is more deadly –  the fault finding, the name calling, the blaming, the accusations, the greed, the fraud. All these things come from the kingdom of darkness and we must not have a place in this division.

Matthew 5:9 in the Amplified version reads, “Blessed [spiritually calm with life-joy in God’s favor] are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they will [express His character and] be called the sons of God.”

Choose life and peace with every action today and you will be blessed. There will always be those who complain, find fault, play the victim. But we can choose life, the abundant life that Jesus has so richly provided for us and have peace and joy in the midst of every storm of life. Relationship storms are the worst, but Jesus can fix every hurt.

What we say reveal our heart.

What we say and how we say it is who we are. Angry, hurtful words define an angry, hurtful person. Kind, compassionate words define a kind, considerate person (Chofetz Chaim, page xxi) But more than anything, words are the sole medium through which the Jew fulfills the purpose for which he was created – to communicate Hashem’s greatness and presence in this world. (page xxii)

Today on the Hebraic calendar is Elul 23. Elul 25th is understood to be the first  day of Creation that God said “Light Be!”.  This brought the creating Spirit  presence back into the earth. We also are created to create with our words.

The Artscroll Series, Stone Edition of the Chumash comments on Genesis 2:7, “God made another ‘speaking spirit’ just like Himself.” We were created with God’s dominion and authority possessing the same ability to speak words of faith and life. Proverbs 18:21 instructs us that ‘death and life are in the power of the tongue’.

This 40 days of Turning Back to God (Teshuvah), the most important thing we can do is judge everything we say according to the royal law of love. I Cor 13:4-7, everything.  But don’t walk around not saying anything, speak praises unto God where ever you are, bringing light into this dark world.

Better yet, SING PRAISES!!!! He alone is worthy of all praise and honor and glory! If Paul and Silas would have spent their time in jail complaining and anxious they would never have had the miraculous encountered prison release, and they would not have been a testimony to the jailer and other prisoners.

Have you been doing things these past 23 days that cause you to “turn to” (shuv) God or to “turn away” from God?

I have been watching my mouth and love walk very carefully, getting rid of bad and doing good. One of the things that has really helped me is a book I bought on our 40th Wedding Anniversary. It is a daily devotional called “Choftez Chaim” which means ‘desirer of life’. It is  a compilation of  daily Hebraic lessons, translated into English, dealing with your tongue and speech.

It deal much with Loshon Hora, evil talk. In its general sense, the term referst to various forms of speech which is derogatory or harmful in nature. As God is dealing with me, I am amazed at how my ears pick up the negative people are speaking and it is hard to be silent, but since God is dealing with me for me I will trust Him to deal with those who need to clean their mouth.

Here is a statement in the book I have marked:The speaker of loshon hora is motivated by this very powerful human need to feel important. So, he sets himself up as the other person’s superior by standing in judgment. “The other person is bad. Therefore, I am better. Her children are rude, therefore mine are polite. His business is mismanaged, therefore mine is run well.” Instead of striving honestly to lift himself, the speaker of loshon hora attains his height by looking down upon those he has cast to the ground.”

Selah, pause and think about this. This is a time to judge ourselves.
