40th Anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Republic – Pt 2

Ecclesiastes 3:1, To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

  • In Hebrew that is entire verse is only 4 words. Zeman (to every thing there is a season) ‘eth (and a time)  chephets (every purpose) shamayim (heavens)
    • Zeman means ‘a set time’, appointed time, time (Neh 2:6; Est 9:27, 31; Ecc 3:1)

Is there a significance to Iran’s Islamic Republic under the Islamic Ayatollah being 40 years old today? I believe so, but first I must  give some references to show how this will fit  into the Last Days prophetic timing. From the Bible and history, we see that 40, 70, 50, 100, 400 are some significant time limits on nations. I do believe that Iran is now in the last of the last of the Last Days and they are fitting perfectly into Ezekiel 38:5, called Persia. But also, since the reign of the ungodly has come to fullness, we are hearing that great revival is happening in the underground church. We are ready to see a clashing of the kingdoms of light and dark in the nation of Iran, to the Persians under cruel Islamic rulers.

Genesis 15:13, Then He said to Abram: “Know (yada) certainly (yada) that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years. (16) “But in the fourth generation they shall return here, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete.”

  • Yada is  a  Hebrew word meaning to perceive, understand – but also in a carnal intimate natures as  Adam ‘knew’ (yada) Eve and she conceived.(Genesis 4:1)
  • For the Israelites, there had to be a fullness of time of the iniquity of the  Amorites that had occupancy of the Promised Land. But God did promise them a ‘time limit’

Jews in Bondage in Babylon for 70 years:

  • Daniel 9:2, in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years specified by the word of the LORD through Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem. (Jeremiah 25:11-12; 29:10)

Church in Russia in Bondage for 70 years:

  • In the 1930’s a Christian woman gave a prophetic word about a man arising named Mikhail with a mark on his forehead. She continued that there would once again be  freedom to worship and revival would come to the nation. This freedom would last for a short time, however; then repression would begin again.  History marks that darkness was approximately 70 years
  • Mikhail Gorbachev was born 1931 and came into power of the USSR March 15, 1990 – December 25, 1991.
  • The USSR socialist state began 12/30/1922 and ended 12/26/1991, but  the oppression began before 12/30/1922. When I was in the USSR in 1991, we saw the spiritual starvation  for the Word of God.
  • In those years there were the most horrendous, oppressive times in darkness, where the church had to go underground.

In E.W. Bullinger’s classic book on “Number in Scripture”, the number 40 is “a period of probation, trial and chastisement – (not judgment, like the number 9 which stands in connection with the punishment of enemies, but the chastisement of sons, and of a covenant people)… But where it relates to enlarged dominion, or to renewed or extended rule, then it does so in virtue of its factors 4 & 10, and in harmony with their signification.”

  • 40 years of probation by Trial
    • Israel in the Wilderness (Deut 8:2-5; Ps 95:10; Acts 13:18)
  • 40 years of probation by prosperity in deliverance  and rest
    • Under Othniel Judges 3:11; under Barak Judges 5:31; under Gideon Judges 8:28
  • 40 years of Probation by prosperity or enlarged dominion
    • Under David 2 Sam 5:4; Under Solomon 1 Kings 11:42; Under Jeroboam II, 2 Kings 12:17-18; 13:3, 5, 7, 22, 25; 14:12-14, 23, 28; under Jehoash, 2 Ki 12:1; under Joash, 2 Chron 24:1
  • 40 years of Probation by humiliation and servitude
    • Israel under the Philistines, Judges 13:1; time of Eli, I Sam 4:18; under Saul Acts 13:21
  • 40 years of Probation by waiting
    • Moses in Egypt, Acts 7:23
    • Moses in Midian, Acts 7:30
  • 8 of the great periods of 40
    • Moses on Mt Sinai 2 times for 40 days; 40 days of spies in the Wilderness; 40 days of Elijah on Horeb; 40 days of Jonah and Nineveh; 40 days of Ezekiel on his right side to symbolize the 40 years of Judah’s transgressions; 40 days Jesus tempted by the devil; 40 days Jesus was with His disciples after the Resurrection

 

 

 

40th Anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Republic – Pt 1

April 1, 2019 will be the 40th anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Republic. January 16, 1979, the Shah of Iran, Mohammed Reza Pahlavi was forced into exile. February 1, 1979 the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini made a victorious conquering return to Iran from exile. The new Islamic Republic under the Ayatollah’s leadership was proclaimed April 1, 1979.

Under Mohammad Reza’s reign, Iran marked the anniversary of 2,500 years of continuous Persian monarchy since the founding of the Achaemenid Empire by Cyrus the Great. We have just finished the Festival of Purim, which marks the events happening in the Book of Esther where the wicked Haman tried to wipe Israel out of existence – but God intervened and everything was turned to Israel’s favor.

I remember watching it on television, not understanding what that all meant, but I knew it was important. I was born again in 1982 and immediately I had a heart for Bible history and especially Israel.

Once the Ayatollah Khomeini came into power, all relations with Israel were cut off and now for the past 40 years every effort towards Israel was laced with hatred. They call Israel “Little Satan” and the United States “Big Satan”.  The priority of all money in the new Iran’s government was and is directed to wiping Israel off the map and they are behind the funding of all the missiles and weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza.

Tomorrow I will write regarding the significance of this Islamic Republic at 40 years. Forty is a key prophetic number in the Bible and their ‘season’ and reign may be  coming to an end. SELAH

 

Easter or Resurrection Sunday?

We see an amazing calendar alignment the April 2019:

  • April 19 is Good Friday and begins Passover (Ex 12;1-14; Lev 23:5; Num. 9:1-14; 28:16; Deut. 16:1-7).
  • April 21, the following Sunday is the 3rd Feast of the Lord (Lev 23:9-14; Num 28:26) and Resurrection Sunday. Some call it Easter.
  • June 9 is the Christian Pentecost Sunday and also the Jewish Pentecost, the 4th Feast of the Lord (Ex 23:16; 34:22; Lev 23:15-21; Num. 28:26-31; Deut 16:9-12).

Acts 12:4, And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

The above verse is from the 1611 King James Bible. Below are other translations of that verse:

  • NKJV – intending to bring him before the people after Passover
  • NLT- Herod intended to bring Peter out for public trial after the Passover.
  • NIV- Herod intended to bring him out for public trial after the Passover.
  • ESV – intending after the Passover to bring him out to the people.
  • AMPC – purposing after the Passover to bring him forth to the people.
  • NASB –  intending after the Passover to bring him out before the people
  • DBY- purposing after the passover to bring him out to the people.
  • MSG- He was planning a public lynching after Passover.
  • TPT – Sixteen soldiers were assigned to guard him until Herod could bring him to public trial, immediately after the Passover celebrations were over.

So you see that the King James Bible is the only translation that reads “Easter”. In fact, this  word is only used in the KJV this one time.

Finis Jennings Dake wrote a  commentary on Acts 12:4 in the Dakes Annotated Reference Bible.

  •  Gr.pascha, the Passover as trans. in 26 other  places (Mt. 26:2-19; Mk. 14:1-16; Lk. 2:41; 22:1-15; Jn. 2:13, 23; 6:4; 11:55; 12:1; 13:1; 18:28,39; 19:14; 1 Cor. 5:7; Heb. 11:28)
  • This is an unfortunate and absurd trans., as Easter was a pagan festival observed long before Christ. It is not a Christian name, but is derived from Ishtar, one of the Babylonian titles of an idol goddess, the Queen of Heaven. The Saxon goddess Eastre is the same as Astarte, the Syrian Venus, called Ashtoreth in the O.T.  It as the worship of this  woman by Israel that was such an abomination to God (I Sam.7:3; I Ki. 11:5,33; 2 Ki.23:13; Jer.7:18; 44:18). Round cakes, imprinted with the sign of the cross were made at this festival, the sign being, in Babylonian mysteries, a sign of life.
  • Easter eggs which play a great part in this day’s celebration were common in all heathen nations. The fable of the egg declares that “an egg of wondrous size fell from heaven into the river Euphrates; the fish rolled it to the bank, where doves settled upon it and hatched it; and out came Astarte, or Ishtar, the goddess of Easter.”
  • Easter, Christmas, Lady Day, Lent, and other Babylonian festival were all borrowed from this religion and were all observed centuries before Christ. None of tem have an relationship to Christ or Christianity.

James 4:17 in the Passion Translation reads “So if you know of an opportunity to do the right thing today, yet you refrain from doing it, you’re guilty of sin.” Because I understand the origin of Easter, I celebrate Passover and Resurrection.

 

Chosen But Not Perfect – Pt 3

The first named of the 12 Disciples is always Peter. He is my favorite and I think most of us can compare our desire to follow Jesus in every way, but keep falling short and missing the mark. Speaking up when we should be silent. Keeping our word to Jesus instead of succumbing to fear of people. I would never have picked Peter if I were choosing the leader of the 12 who would carry the Gospel to the world, but I am not God. God always sees the end from the beginning. The name Peter is used 2nd to the name Jesus in the Gospels. No other disciple asked so many questions. No other disciples so quickly answered Jesus.

Peter was most certainly, “Covered in the Master’s Dust.”

In this video I share about the “MAKING OF A DISCIPLE“, the choosing and training of the 12 Disciples to carry out Jesus’ teachings after He was gone. We know  that Jesus had more than 12 disciples because of the record in Luke 10:1 & 17. In those verses it either records 70 or 72 ‘others’, meaning disciples. But when it got to the end of John 6, many scattered and only the 12 remained.

These 12 were by no means ‘qualified’. After my study I decided to call them the ‘dirty dozen’ because they were so unqualified, and yet they were the one that were Chosen. When Father God asked me to teach this, He said call it “Chosen but not Perfect”. None of us are qualified to do the work of the ministry and yet, each of us are called to some part of the work in these Last Days. Holy Spirit is the One who gives the qualifications and power to all who are called and yield themselves to that high calling.

This series I am putting on my blog site is one of the most popular teachings I have done. It is the historical teachings of Jesus the Rabbi and His Disciples. It is amazing to me that at Christmas, most people can name all of Santa’s reindeer, but cannot name more than 4 of Jesus’ 12 Disciples. Most all can name Peter, Matthew, John and Judas, but stop there.

This is Part 1 of 11, JESUS THE RABBI. Carpenters did not have disciples – Rabbis did. Did you know that Jesus was only call a carpenter one time, and that was in a very derogatory manner. 2019/5779 Incredible Calendar Alignment

When I began to study the Signs in the Heavens back in the early 90’s, Holy Spirit impressed on me to watch for 2017. I believe that this was the year that things shifted into a time of transition. Here are just a few major significant anniversaries:

  • 70 years from 1947 to rebirth of Israel (UN Nov 27, 1947)
  • 50th anniversary (Jubilee) for Jerusalem (6/7/67 – 6/7/2017)
  • 500th Anniversary of Reformation (10/31/17)
  • 70th Anniversary of the Dead Sea Scrolls
  • 100th Anniversary of Fatima prophesy
  • 100th Anniversary of Balfour Declaration
  • 100th Anniversary of Battle of Bethsheba (well of the covenant)

I teach much on the Hebraic Calendar, but He told me to watch the Gregorian calendar that we used for our everyday life. So I thought I would share with you the amazing alignment on both calendars this year on the Hebraic and Gregorian Calendar.

On the Christian observation of the Holy Week with Good Friday, April 19, Passover begins the same day at sundown. Some of the events of April 19 are as follows:

  • 571 – Birth of Mohammed (20th)
  • 1775 – Start of the Revolutionary War
  • 1889 – Birth of Adolph Hitler
  • 1933 – Franklin D Roosevelt leaves Gold Standard
  • 1961 – Bay of Pigs failure
  • 1985 – ATF Raid on Covenant of the Sword and the  Arm of the Lord
  • 1989- Explosion of USS Iowa-47 sailors were killed
  • 1993- Waco/Branch Davidian raid by FBI/ATF
  • 1995- Oklahoma City Bombing, Murrah Federal Building
  • 1999 – Columbine High School Shooting (April 20)
  • 2010 – Gulf Oil Spill
  • 2013 – Boston Marathon Bombing (16th bombing, 19th brother found in boat in Watertown)
  • 2016 – 13 Days of Preparation April 19-May 1
    • April 19 is the first day of the 13-day satanic ritual day relating to fire- the fire god, Baal, or Molech/Nimrod (the sun god), also known as the Roman god, Saturn (satan/devil). This day is a major human sacrifice day, demanding fire sacrifice with an emphasis on children. This day is one of the most important human sacrifice days, and as such, has had some very important historic events occur on this day. (April 19-May 1 – 13 days of sacrifice by fire to Baal)

There are so many things that have happened around the season of April 19. In the Bible, this  was a time “when kings go forth to battle” (2 Samuel 11:1). I cover  this every year and have a running timeline chart that covers 5 landscape pages, 10 font. It is  a day to watch and pray so it is VERY interesting that Good Friday and Passover both of April 19.

Resurrection (Easter) Sunday and Feast of First Fruits are both on April 21, 2019.

Christian Pentecost Sunday and Hebrew Pentecost (Shavuot) are both on June 9, 2019.

Feast of Trumpets / Rosh Hashanah begins at sundown Tishri 29 and the Hebrew year will change to 5780. I was in a meeting with a well known prophet this past weekend and he advised us to journal happenings for the next 9 months, which will  take us to Feast of Trumpets.

Hanukkah begins sundown December 22 and is completed sundown December 30, so this year Hanukkah and Christmas are on the same day. Actually Christmas, December 25 will be the lighting of 4 candles so that is the half way point.

I don’t know what this alignment means, but I love  watching what God is up to.

 

Hebrew Pregnant Year – 5779

Tuesday February 5 at sundown begins the 12th month on the Hebrew calendar, which is the month of Adar. But this month is different because it is a Leap Year and they will have 2 months of Adar, the first being Adar A (Adar 1) and the second being called Adar B (Adar 2).

It is called a Pregnant year because it has 13 months instead of 12. What is interesting about the Hebrew year 5779 is that the number 9 in Hebrew is a pictograph of a WOMB or a serpent. I find it amazing that this pregnant year is called a year of birthing by several prophets.

The months are counted in the Spring of the year because God told Moses and Aaron in Exodus 12:2, ““This month shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you.” Six months later the number of the year changes so they actually have 2 New Years – one that counts the months and one that counts the years. (Actually have 4 New Years on the Hebrew calendar)

The Hebrew calendar is Lunar and Solar so it has an extra month put in 7 times in 19 years. The Gregorian calendar is Solar so it adds 1 day extra every 4 years.

What is interesting is the Presidential elections align with the leap year on the Gregorian calendar.

Since President Clinton won the election there has been a leap year on BOTH Hebrew and Gregorian calendars the election that a New President is voted into office.

  • 1992- Bill Clinton
  • 2000 – George W Bush
  • 2008 – Barak Obama
  • 2016 – Donald Trump
  • 2020 – Presidential election leap year on only the Gregorian calendar
  • 2024 – Presidential election leap year on both Hebrew and Gregorian calendars

President Trump has been prophesied to win re-election. Is this a sign? Watch and Pray.

 

Super Blood “WOLF” Moon

I could not seem to get away from the WOLF of the Super Blood Wolf Moon tonight and the significance of Two Super Wolf Moons in a row. Genesis 41:32, “And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; it is because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.”

As I have recorded before, New Year’s Day 2018 was a SUPER WOLF MOON, the 2nd Super moon in a series of 3 in 60 days (extremely unusual). This year January 20 is a SUPER BLOOD WOLF MOON, the first in a series of 3 Super moons in 2019. (2nd Feb 19, 3rd March 21, which is the Festival of Purim).

Last year on January 1st the Wolf stood out because Michael Wolff was releasing a  book called Fire and Fury which was released January 5, 2018, (Coincidence?) Every news source was some how talking about this book during the Super Wolf Moon. I studied the Wolf a little during that Super Moon, but now on the 2nd Super Moon I have dug deeper.

This quote is from Wikipedia: Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House is a 2018 book by Michael Wolff and which according to Wolff, details the behavior of U.S. President Donald Trump and the staff of his 2016 presidential campaign and White House. The title refers to a quote by Trump about the conflict with North Korea.

There was no way this book was intended as a compliment to our President. This was used by many to tear down his presidency, his staff,  and his character. Last year’s midterm election was one of the wildest in history and by many it was a vote against President Trump.

So, on this 2nd Super Wolf Moon in a row, and it being a Blood Moon, a ‘giant stop light’ warning in the sky, does the understanding of a “wolf” become prophetic? (FYI- Wolf moons only occur in January)

Since I am a Bible Teacher, I first look to the Word of God. Of the Tribes of Jacob (Tribes of Israel) Benjamin, being the 12th son, had the symbol of a Wolf. This comes from Jacob’s prophetic blessing on Benjamin before he died.

Genesis 49:27,  “Benjamin is a ravenous wolf; in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil.”

  • Two Stages – morning (Saul) and night (Saul became Apostle Paul, both from the lineage of Benjamin)
  • Early stages of his life, he shall devour his prey, savagely and not share- he will turn on you if you try to take his prey- spirit of wanting for himself at all costs
  • Older, more mature wolf will be willing to make sacrifices and give out good things which God has given him; whole nature has changed

The Tribe of Benjamin’s defeat was at their own making, the tribe turned to homosexuality (Judges 19:22).  Perverted men means “sons of Belial”, worthless, good for nothing. Basically morally corrupt men who did not conform to either human or divine laws.  Read Judges 19-21, with special emphasis of 19:22-29, which I consider the saddest story in the whole Bible. After that horrible gang rape, all the other 11 Tribes went to war against the Tribe of Benjamin, only 600 of the 21,100 Benjamites who carried swords survived. The Tribe was almost wiped out.

Benjamin’s weaknesses were spoiled by everyone, lazy, never had to work, would not defend himself or property.  They did not drive out the Jebusites so they took on their way of life, which was morally corrupt and void of following God’s laws.

His strengths were he was loved his Father Jacob, protected by all family members, abundant grace, ending with legacies of a mighty warrior  (King Saul, Esther, Apostle Paul). When in the older mature stage, they were excellent swordsmen and would fight to victory. The changed nature of the Benjamites were known for their ‘left hand’ tactics in battle.

Facts about Northern Wolves who would howl at the first full moon of the year – Timber Wolf or Grey Wolf.

  • Can be up to 7 feet long, from nose to end of tail (tail is normally 13-20 inches)
  • Grey wolf is a powerful animal.
  • It is savage and fearless, quite capable of bringing down an elk, or deer, caribou and moose by a chase during which they display speed and endurance.
  • Their diet consists of flesh! Wolves are prodigious eaters and when ample food is available, will gorge themselves. Able to eat 20 pound of flesh each at one sitting. They will return to an old kill to eat even after it has become putrid, although fresh meat is preferred.
  • They travel in packs of 6, all after the kill.
  • The wolf tears and rends its victim without mercy.

Now, does that sound like the ‘never Trumpers”? And the current 6-pack has intensified after the last election and added several to the 6-pack that are also Anti-Semites – hateful to the Jews and Israel.

But after meditating on Benjamin and his symbol, I am encouraged. Why? Because the prophets are speaking out the Promise of our Father! Joel 2:28, And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams,  your young men shall see vision. (29) And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.”

I’m excited now! Get ready for the promised Outpouring of Holy Spirit on all those who are rioting in the streets and ranting in the government system! God’s perfect will for us to pray is FIRST of all, pray for those in authority, for it is God’s will for all of them to be saved. (I Timothy 2)

Super Wolf Blood Moon of 2019 – Pt 2

First of all, God does not change. Genesis 1:14, And God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years”. Signs in Hebrew is ‘owth’ and means sign, signal, distinguishing mark, omen, warning, token. Psalms 8:3 tells us, “When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and stars, which You have ordained..”. There are several scriptures of God’s original intent for the Sun, Moon and Stars and none of them have to do with your horoscope. Luke 21:25 is a good example of when Jesus began to talk about signs of His Second Coming, “And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars..” Signs in the heavens were some of the first signs of His Coming.

Second, they are sign posts of something coming. When you leave on a journey with a specific destination, you may not see one sign of your destination, but the closer you get, the bigger they are an the closer together they are stationed. That is what is happening now, the signs in the heavens are getting bigger and closer together. Ten years ago people did not notice an eclipse, and now they are talking about it on every news source.

Third, God gives warnings about dividing His land. Joel 3:2b, ‘and I will enter into judgment with them there, whom they have scattered among the nations: they have also divided up My land.” Also see Genesis 15:18-21; 17:7-8; Amos 9:15; Lev 25:23, Deut 1:8 and remember that God watches over His word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:12)

Blood Moons Over United States connected with Dividing God’s Land

  • July 16, 2000: President Clinton, Ehud Barak and Yassar Arafat were meeting at Camp David to give away 9% of the land on the West Bank and 100% of the Gaza Strip to the PLO & deciding about who rules the Temple Mount.
  • August 28, 2007: Headlines that day- Israel PM Olmert offers Temple Mount Sovereignty to the Palestinians at Camp David. Olmert and Abbas meet to discuss dividing Israel’s land and Jerusalem at Camp David.
    • The Temple Mount’s sovereignty was a central theme during both lunar eclipses, “Blood Moons” over the United States in 2000 and 2007.
  • What is the ancient Hebrew word for coincidence? THERE IS NONE! Rabbis say everything means something.

This past week in Israel, news broke out of President Trump’s “DEAL OF THE CENTURY”, or the proposed Peace Agreement drawn up by Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner.

  • US President Donald Trump’s “deal of the century,” expected to be rolled out after the elections on April 9, 2019, will include a Palestinian state on 85-90% of the West Bank and the division of Jerusalem, according to a Channel 13 News report. (Jerusalem Post)
    • NOTE: April 9 is Nisan 4, just as the New Year of the Sacred Calendar begins (Exodus 12:1-2). This election promises to be ugly and they have entered into the height of the election during the days that they are to be cleaning out all the leaven. Lord have mercy and open their eyes to the timing of Yahweh!
    • NOTE: April 19 is the ‘Day of Infamy in America”, also Good Friday, also begins Passover. Talk about an alignment! I will have a complete blog on this next week.
  • Regarding Jerusalem, the report stated that the city would be divided, with west Jerusalem and some areas of east Jerusalem the capital of Israel, and east Jerusalem – including most of the Arab neighborhoods – the capital of a Palestinian state.
  • Bill Koenig of Watch.org: Trump’s “deal of the century” parameters were leaked this week. It will call for a divided Jerusalem, a Palestinian state on 85-90% of West Bank. Israel would be able to annex existing communities in Judea and Samaria and keep sovereignty over the Holy sites in the Old City of Jerusalem.

My conclusion from this is God is giving the United States a HUUUUGE heavenly warning, “DO NOT DIVIDE MY LAND!!!” Giant STOP LIGHT in the sky!

God’s promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3 still stands and will never change. God promised, “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you;
and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Bless means to ’empower to prosper’ and curse basically means ‘make smaller’. President Trump can handle dealing with Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but no one can come against God and win.

It will not be the current shutdown or border crisis that destroys this nation. It will be the fact that our nation was raised by God to bring the gospel to the nations and to be a blessing to Israel.
